      I am a native New Yorker and have worked in the fitness industry for over 30 years. I specializes in functional movement, working with clients over 40 with posture and weight issues. Helping people to become fit and improve their quality of life is what has driven me to constantly explore different areas of fitness. My client experience ranges from working with Broadway stars to renowned interior designers. I firmly believes that one of the keys to happiness, is to feel good in your body.

      Hi, I’m Tony! I have my Master of Science degree in Acupuncture. I specialize in pain management, sports medicine, fire cupping and Asian bodywork. Having this vast knowledge of how to help people feel their best is what helps me to help you in the studio. I can use my expertise in anatomy and body mechanics in order to help you regain and or maintain optimal flexibility, mobility and speed up recovery time from workouts or other physical activities.

      Marvin is a certified personal trainer. The fitness industry has always been his passion coming out of high school he spent hours and hours trying to look the best and be the best. At one point in his life, he was going through a depressing moment and unfortunately gave up training completely. He canceled the gym membership, started eating unhealthy foods and gained a lot of weight. This is not who he wanted to be! However, with motivation and positive people around, Marvin got back on track. He has been working out for over a decade now and always tells his clients "hard work and dedication will forever bring success". Marvin is looking forward to the opportunity to share his knowledge of fitness and motivation to you!.

      I am a former college athlete with a Master’s degree in Exercise Science, with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. I currently train for rugby at the New York Athletic Club and play ice hockey for the Jamaica National Team, traveling around the world to play in various competitive tournaments. As a certified personal trainer with experience working with athletes of all levels, as well as rehabilitation clients in a clinical setting, I am passionate about helping people by improving their strength and flexibility, increasing their overall quality of life.

      I have a BA in dance and I’ve been a certified yoga instructor for the past 10 years. I have immense awareness when it comes to body alignment and a genuine love for all things movement related. I like to incorporate holistic breath work into my stretching routines. I believe body maintenance is just as important as mind & soul maintenance. I look forward to showing clients how to slow down, deepen their stretches, and create a positive relationship with their own bodies.

In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
